14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in Italy, you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product, without having to provide a reason.

No Physical Return Required

Altevita does not require customers to physically return products when a withdrawal or refund request has been approved.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will be informed by email that no return shipment is required.

You may then keep or dispose of the product.

Do not send products to our registered address or to any other address unless Altevita expressly instructs you otherwise in writing.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.

Refund requests may be approved in situations including:

1. The product arrived damaged.
2. You received the wrong product.
3. Your order was not delivered within the applicable maximum delivery period.
4. You exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.
5. You report dissatisfaction with the product within the applicable period and provide a photograph of the product when reasonably requested.

For damaged or incorrect products, we may request photographs or other reasonable evidence so that we can verify the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal rights you may have in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

Customized and Personalized Products

Products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you are not eligible for change-of-mind withdrawal where applicable consumer law provides an exception for such products.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights if a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Refund Method and Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Altevita will process approved refunds within up to 10 business days, subject to any shorter mandatory period required by applicable law.

After Altevita processes the refund, your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution may require additional time to display the credit on your account.

Altevita does not issue refunds to a different payment method unless required by law.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.

After shipment, estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days.

Products are shipped directly from suppliers located in China.
