Cancellation of Purchase Options
If Altevita offers subscriptions, recurring purchases, pre-orders, deferred purchases, or other purchase options, customers may request cancellation in accordance with the terms presented when the purchase option was selected and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Recurring Purchases and Subscriptions
Where a recurring purchase or subscription is offered, cancellation prevents future charges that have not yet become due, provided that the cancellation request is received before the next applicable billing or processing date.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse payments for orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Any request for a refund relating to an order that has already been charged will be handled separately in accordance with the Altevita Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If an order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped before a cancellation request is received, it may no longer be possible to stop the shipment.
Where applicable, customers may still exercise their statutory withdrawal rights or request a refund in accordance with the Altevita Return and Refund Policy.
When a withdrawal or refund is approved, Altevita does not require the customer to physically return the product. After approval, the customer may keep or dispose of the item, and any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers located in Italy may have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts within 14 days, subject to applicable European Union and Italian consumer law and any legally applicable exceptions.
