Altevita Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of altevita.shop and purchases made from Altevita.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Online Store

Altevita operates an online retail store through Shopify.

Products may be supplied and shipped directly by third-party suppliers located in China.

Our use of third-party suppliers does not remove any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase from Altevita.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into the purchase.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to present products, descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices accurately.

Device displays, lighting, manufacturing variations, and other factors may cause minor differences in product appearance.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to goods that are defective, materially different from the description, or otherwise non-conforming.

Prices and Currency

Products offered to customers in Italy are displayed and sold in EUR unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

1. Payment cannot be authorized.
2. The product is unavailable.
3. There is an evident pricing or technical error.
4. Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
5. We cannot lawfully fulfill the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.

The descriptor that may appear on your payment statement is:

Shipping

Orders normally require 2 to 4 business days for processing.

Following shipment, estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days.

Products are shipped directly from suppliers located in China.

Multiple Packages

Products purchased in a single order may be sourced from different fulfillment locations or processed separately.

An order may therefore arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive on different dates.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumers in Italy have the statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Altevita does not require physical return of products after a withdrawal or refund request has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within up to 10 business days, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Customized Products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

This does not remove statutory remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, photographs, and other materials made available by Altevita is owned by or licensed to Altevita or its applicable licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or republish protected material without permission, except where permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the website:

1. For unlawful purposes.
2. To commit fraud.
3. To interfere with website security.
4. To distribute malicious software.
5. To attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
6. To violate the rights of another person.
7. To submit knowingly false information in connection with transactions.

Third-Party Services

Certain functions may be provided by Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

Third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force Majeure

Altevita will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, to the extent legally permitted.

If you are a consumer residing in Italy or another European Union Member State, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not unlawfully reduce rights attached to orders already concluded.
